Flash Card is an Uncommon scaling Additive Mult Joker that permanently gains +2 Mult every time the player reroll in the shop. The increase is not retroactive and will only start scaling after purchase, meaning it is always +0 Mult initially.

• Decks that generate more money than usual are stronger with Flash Card, mainly Yellow Deck ( Start with extra {{Money|10}} Discover at least {{hl|orange|50}} items from your [[Collection|collection]] Yellow Deck.png) and Green Deck ( At end of each Round: <br> {{Money|2}} per remaining {{hl|blue|Hand}} <br> {{Money|1}} per remaining {{hl|red|Discard}} <br> Earn no {{hl|orange|Interest}} Discover at least {{hl|orange|75}} items from your [[collection]] Green Deck.png). Green Deck in particular is good with it early, as one can spend as much money on rerolls as they want without worrying about losing interest.
• Zodiac Deck ( Start run with {{V|Tarot Merchant|class=hl-purple}}, {{V|Planet Merchant|class=hl-cyan}}, and {{V|Overstock|class=hl-orange}} Win a run with any [[Decks|deck]] on the {{Stake|Red}} difficulty or harder Zodiac Deck.png) may work well with Flash Card, as the player may want to reroll frequently to see more Tarot and Planet cards.

No poker hands inherently work better than others with Flash Card. All potential benefits come from other synergies.

• Chaos the Clown ({{hl|orange|1}} free {{hl|green|Reroll}} per shop Common Effect N/A (Passive) Chaos_the_Clown.png) grants 1 free reroll per shop, effectively giving Flash Card +2 Mult gain per shop visit on top of paid rerolls.
• Economy Jokers are critical to Flash Card's success. Being able to get more money translates directly into more Mult. Particularly helpful are scaling Economy Jokers, like Cloud 9 (Earn {{Money|1}} for each {{hl|orange|9}} in your {{hl|orange|full deck}} at end of round <br> {{Currently|{{Money|4}}}} Uncommon Economy N/A (Passive) Cloud 9.png) and Rocket (Earn {{Money|1}} at end of round. Payout increases by {{Money|2}} when [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Boss Blind}}]] is defeated Uncommon Economy N/A (Passive) Rocket.png), though most of them will work.
• Campfire (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.25}} for each card {{hl|orange|sold}}, resets when [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Boss Blind}}]] is defeated <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Rare Multiplicative Mult Independent Campfire.png) is very good with Flash Card, as the large amount of rerolls being performed and strong economy allows many cards to be sold, scaling Campfire very high.
• Buying and selling planets from Astronomer (All {{hl|cyan|Planet}} cards and {{hl|cyan|Celestial Packs}} in the shop are {{hl|orange|free}} Discover every {{Planet|}} card Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Astronomer.png) found with rerolls will allow you to recuperate some of the money spent from rerolling.
• Other Jokers that give XMult are helpful, as they allow Flash Card's scaling to be more effective. Particularly, Constellation (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.1}} every time a [[Planet_Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]] card is used <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Constellation.png) can scale very quickly, as every reroll can create a planet card.

• Reroll Surplus (Rerolls cost {{Money|2}} less Base Reroll Surplus.png) and Reroll Glut (Rerolls cost an additional {{Money|2}} less Reroll the shop a total of 100 times Upgraded Reroll Glut.png) both make rerolls cheaper, allowing for Flash Card to scale more.
• Hieroglyph ({{hl|orange|-1}} Ante, <br> {{hl|blue|-1}} hand each round Base Hieroglyph.png) and Petroglyph ({{hl|orange|-1}} Ante, <br> {{hl|red|-1}} discard each round Reach Ante 12 Upgraded Petroglyph.png) allow you to see more shops and play more blinds, allowing for greater scaling.
• Overstock ({{hl|orange|+1}} card slot available in shop Base Overstock.png) and Overstock Plus ({{hl|orange|+1}} card slot available in shop Spend a total of {{Money|2500}} at the shop Upgraded Overstock Plus.png) Vouchers make rerolls more valuable, as you get to see more cards when doing so.
• Hone ({{hl|edition|Foil}}, {{hl|edition|Holographic}}, and {{hl|edition|Polychrome}} cards appear {{hl|orange|2X}} more often Base Hone.png) and Glow Up ({{hl|edition|Foil}}, {{hl|edition|Holographic}}, and {{hl|edition|Polychrome}} cards appear {{hl|orange|4X}} more often Have at least 5 Joker cards with Foil, Holographic, or Polychrome (or Negative) effect Upgraded Glow Up.png) will create more Editioned Jokers, making good Editioned Jokers have a higher chance to show up.

• Gold Cards ({{money|3}} if this card is held in hand at end of round Gold Card.png), Lucky Cards ({{hl|green|1 in 5}} chance for {{mult|+20}}<br>{{hl|green|1 in 15}} chance to win {{money|20}} Lucky Card.png), and Gold Seal (Earn {{money|3}} when this card is played and scores Gold Seal.png) generate money mid-round, allowing Flash Card to scale more.

• D6 Tag ( D6 tag.png) while skipping one shop, makes reroll start at $0 at the next shop, saving up to $5 on every reroll in that shop.

• Black Deck ( {{hl|orange|+1}} Joker slot <br> {{hl|blue|-1}} hand every round Discover at least {{hl|orange|100}} items from your [[collection]] Black Deck.png) starts with -1 Hand per round, making Economy more difficult to set up early game. This directly limits Flash Card's scaling opportunities as less Hands per round earns the player less Money overall when defeating Blinds.

• Bull ({{Chips|+2}} for each {{$|1}} you have <br> {{currently|{{chips|+0}}}} Uncommon Chips Independent Bull.png) and Bootstraps ({{Mult|+2}} for every {{Money|5}} you have <br> {{Currently|{{Mult|+0}}}} Have at least {{hl|orange|2}} {{hl|edition|Polychrome}} Jokers at the same time. Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Bootstraps.png) respectively gain Chips and Mult relative to the player's current Money. Spending Money on rerolls to scale Flash Card will therefore weaken the scoring power of these Jokers.

• The Ox ( Boss The Ox.png) sets the player's Money to 0 upon playing the most played Poker Hand of the run, making it potentially difficult to recover Economy for Flash Card scaling.

• Flash cards, or flashcards, are cards normally used as memory aids for learning new topics, often by repeatedly cycling through them to be effective, similar to how rerolling improves this card's effect.
• In early demo versions, the color of Flash Card was blue. This is changed later to match the color of the reroll button in shop.
