Bloodstone is an Uncommon Hearts-oriented Multiplicative Mult Joker which has a 1 in 2, or a 50% chance to immediately provide X1.5 Mult for each  Heart scored.

• Checkered Deck ( Start run with {{hl|orange|26}} {{suit|Spades}} and {{hl|orange|26}} {{suit|Hearts}} in deck Win a run with the {{D|Black}} on any difficulty Checkered Deck.png) is the easiest Deck to pair with Bloodstone, as it starts with 26 Heart cards, which makes playing Heart Flushes consistently an easy task.
• Blue Deck ( {{hl|blue|+1}} hand every round Discover at least {{hl|orange|20}} items from your [[collection]] Blue Deck.png)'s extra hand makes it easier to get a winning amount of Bloodstone triggers.

Any Flush hand with the Heart suit works with Bloodstone, such as:

• Flush
• Straight Flush
• Flush House
• Flush Five

Although, any 5-card hand that includes 2-3 Heart cards can benefit greatly as well.

  • It may be suitable to hunt for Planet cards and/or scaling Mult Jokers if Four Fingers must remain in conjunction with Bloodstone.

• The Head ( Boss The Head.png) will debuff all Heart cards, meaning Bloodstone cannot activate.
• The Pillar ( Boss The Pillar.png) debuffs all previously played cards of the Ante, which may debuff a substantial amount of the player's Heart cards if Bloodstone is vital to the current Joker Build.

• Bloodstone is one of four stone/mineral-themed jokers unlocked by having 30 cards of that suit in your deck.
