Glow Up is a Voucher that causes Foil ({{chips|+50}} Joker (Foil).png), Holographic ({{mult|+10}} Joker (Holographic).png), and Polychrome ({{xmult|1.5}} Joker (Polychrome).png) cards of all types to appear even more often. Polychrome actually appears 7x more often with Glow Up purchased.

• Glow Up does not increase the probability of Negative ({{hl|edition|+1}} Joker or Consumable slot Joker (Negative).png) Jokers. Therefore, due to the edition generation mechanism in game, Polychrome ({{xmult|1.5}} Joker (Polychrome).png) Jokers actually appear 7x more often with Glow Up. • Hone ({{hl|edition|Foil}}, {{hl|edition|Holographic}}, and {{hl|edition|Polychrome}} cards appear {{hl|orange|2X}} more often Base Hone.png) must be purchased in the same run for Glow Up to appear.

• Only playing cards in Standard Packs will be affected by Glow Up. Those that appear in shop by Illusion ({{hl|orange|Playing cards}} in shop may have an [[Card Modifiers#Enhancements|{{hl|sblue|Enhancement}}]], [[Card Modifiers#Edition|{{hl|edition|Edition}}]], and/or a [[Card Modifiers#Seal|{{hl|orange|Seal}}]] Buy a total of 20 Playing cards from the shop Upgraded Illusion.png) will not.
• The player must have at least 5 Jokers with Foil, Holographic, Polychrome, or Negative at the same time in a run to unlock Glow Up. Note that the unlock isn't given immediately upon acquiring the 5th Joker, at least one further action is needed.

• Having a strong economy with Jokers like Satellite (Earn {{Money|1}} at end of round per unique {{hl|cyan|Planet}} card used this run Have at least {{Money|400}}. Uncommon Economy N/A (Passive) Satellite.png), Golden Joker (Earn {{Money|4}} at end of round Common Economy N/A (Passive) Golden_Joker.png), Business Card (Played {{hl|orange|face}} cards have a {{hl|green|1 in 2}} chance to give {{Money|2}} when scored Common Economy On Scored Business_Card.png), etc. may be necessary to purchase the enhanced Jokers since their price will be increased.

  • Ceremonial Dagger (When [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Blind}}]] is selected, destroy [[Jokers|Joker]] to the right and permanently add {{hl|orange|double}} its sell value to this {{hl|red|Mult}} <br> {{currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Ceremonial Dagger.png) can also potentially scale faster with the higher value Jokers.
• Clearance Sale (All cards and packs in shop are {{hl|orange|25%}} off Base Clearance Sale.png) and Liquidation (All cards and packs in shop are {{hl|orange|50%}} off Redeem at least 10 Voucher cards in one run Upgraded Liquidation.png) can help with the increased cost of the enhanced Jokers.

• "Glow up" is an informal term used to describe a thing a person which has become a more attractive and accomplished version of themselves, which refers to editions being the best versions of joker cards.
• The Glow Up voucher is the only voucher in the game to have an outline behind its name that has multiple colors instead of a single color.
