Riff-Raff is a Common Effect Joker that generates up to two more Common Jokers whenever a Blind is selected, as long as there is space in the player's Joker slots. If the player has no room, Riff-Raff will not generate anything (except in certain scenarios as seen in the interactions section).

Notable interactions with other Jokers/game mechanics include:

• Jokers generated by Riff-Raff can potentially come with Editions, including Negative ({{hl|edition|+1}} Joker or Consumable slot Joker (Negative).png).
• When playing on higher Stakes, Riff-Raff will not create Jokers with in-run Stickers, such as the Rental () sticker.
  • Jokers generated during the Non-Perishable ( ) will still receive an Eternal () sticker.
• Riff-Raff is able to spawn Cavendish ({{xmult|3}} <br> {{hl|green|1 in 1000}} chance this card is destroyed at the end of round Common Multiplicative Mult Independent Cavendish.png) as long as Gros Michel ({{mult|+15}}<br>{{hl|green|1 in 6}} chance this is destroyed at the end of round. Common Additive Mult Independent Gros Michel.png) went extinct (destroyed itself) earlier in the run.
• Riff-Raff can create Jokers that are undiscovered in the player's collection.
• When the player possesses Showman ([[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]], [[Tarot Cards|{{hl|purple|Tarot}}]], [[Planet Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]], and [[Spectral Cards|{{hl|sblue|Spectral}}]] cards may appear multiple times Reach Ante level {{hl|orange|4}} Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Showman.png), Riff-Raff can create a second Riff-Raff.

• Similarly, Five-Card Draw ( ) works even better with Riff-Raff, as it gives two additional Joker slots at the cost of only having a hand size of 5.
• On a Knife's Edge ( ) starts with an Eternal, Pinned Ceremonial Dagger (When [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Blind}}]] is selected, destroy [[Jokers|Joker]] to the right and permanently add {{hl|orange|double}} its sell value to this {{hl|red|Mult}} <br> {{currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Ceremonial Dagger.png), which means Riff-Raff can provide disposable Jokers to feed the Dagger. Make sure to keep a disposable Joker in between them so Riff-Raff can be kept after selecting a blind.

Since Riff-Raff is a utility Joker, it does not have specific synergy with any hand.

• Ceremonial Dagger (When [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Blind}}]] is selected, destroy [[Jokers|Joker]] to the right and permanently add {{hl|orange|double}} its sell value to this {{hl|red|Mult}} <br> {{currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Ceremonial Dagger.png): By providing free fodder to feed it, this Joker can scale its +Mult much more reliably.
• Campfire (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.25}} for each card {{hl|orange|sold}}, resets when [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Boss Blind}}]] is defeated <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Rare Multiplicative Mult Independent Campfire.png): Similarly, having free Jokers to sell allows Campfire to scale easily.
• Abstract Joker ({{Mult|+3}} for each [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] card<br>{{Currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Common Additive Mult Independent Abstract Joker.png): Riff-Raff ensures the player's Joker slots are filled, so it makes it easy to get +Mult for Abstract Joker.
• Gros Michel ({{mult|+15}}<br>{{hl|green|1 in 6}} chance this is destroyed at the end of round. Common Additive Mult Independent Gros Michel.png): If the player is lucky enough to get this Joker from Riff-Raff, it can be a good way to get the powerful Cavendish ({{xmult|3}} <br> {{hl|green|1 in 1000}} chance this card is destroyed at the end of round Common Multiplicative Mult Independent Cavendish.png) later.
• Due to the random nature of Riff-Raff, it has the potential to either have great or poor synergy with the player's other Jokers depending on what Common Jokers it provides.

• Purchasing Blank ({{hl|gray|Does nothing?}} Base Blank.png) and then Antimatter ({{hl|edition|+1}} Joker Slot Redeem Blank 10 total times Upgraded Antimatter.png) gives the player an additional Joker slot, which could be beneficial for Riff-Raff.

• Painted Deck ( {{hl|orange|+2}} hand size, <br> {{hl|red|-1}} Joker slot Win a run with any [[Decks|deck]] on the {{Stake|Green}} difficulty or harder Painted Deck.png) reduces Joker slots by one, making it harder to have extra space for Riff-Raff to spawn Jokers.
• Similarly, Cruelty ( ) reduces Joker slots by two, making it even harder to have extra space for Riff-Raff to spawn Jokers.
• Non-Perishable ( ) makes it very risky to use Riff-Raff, as it spawns Eternal () Common Jokers on this deck.

• Joker Stencil ({{xmult|1}} for each empty [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] slot <br> <small>Joker Stencil included</small> <br> {{Currently|{{xmult|1|}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Joker Stencil.png): Since Riff-Raff constantly adds Jokers, it reduces the XMult it can get.
• Swashbuckler (Adds the sell value of all other owned [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Jokers}}]] to Mult <br> {{currently|{{mult|+1}}}} Sell a total of {{hl|orange|20}} Joker cards Common Additive Mult Independent Swashbuckler.png): Common Jokers generally don't have a high selling value, so they will add less +Mult to Swashbuckler.
• Baseball Card ([[Uncommon Jokers|{{hl|green|Uncommon}}]] Jokers each give {{xmult|1.5}} Rare Multiplicative Mult On Other Jokers Baseball Card.png): This Joker only scales its XMult from owning Uncommon Jokers, meaning the Jokers provided by Riff-Raff are useless to it.

• The word riff-raff (sometimes spelled as riffraff) has the meaning of "people with a bad reputation or of the common class", which is fitting in how Riff-Raff only creates Common Jokers.
• The exact depiction of the Joker/Jimbo on the card art of this joker can also be found on the top right corner of the Baseball Card ([[Uncommon Jokers|{{hl|green|Uncommon}}]] Jokers each give {{xmult|1.5}} Rare Multiplicative Mult On Other Jokers Baseball Card.png), while a slightly different version is in the center of Seltzer (Retrigger all cards played for the next {{hl|orange|10}} hands Uncommon Retrigger On Scored Seltzer.png).
• Riff-Raff will always say "+1 Joker" even if it generates 2 Jokers. This seems to be a visual bug.
