Overstock is a voucher that increases the number of card slots available in the Shop from 2 to 3. It also immediately restocks any empty card slots in the Shop when purchased.

The discount for rerolling can be calculating using the following formula, where x is the number of rerolls:

• The Zodiac Deck ( Start run with {{V|Tarot Merchant|class=hl-purple}}, {{V|Planet Merchant|class=hl-cyan}}, and {{V|Overstock|class=hl-orange}} Win a run with any [[Decks|deck]] on the {{Stake|Red}} difficulty or harder Zodiac Deck.png) starts with a copy of Overstock (), along with Tarot Merchant ({{Tarot|}} cards appear {{hl|orange|2X}} more frequently in the shop Base Tarot Merchant.png) and Planet Merchant ({{Planet|}} cards appear {{hl|orange|2X}} more frequently in the shop Base Planet Merchant.png).
• Coupon Tag ( Coupon tag.png) does not work with this Voucher restocking cards after purchasing it. For example, the first time you enter the store, the items in the shop will be free. If you then purchase the Overstock Voucher after, the new items in the shop will cost the regular amount.
• Overstock will pay for itself quickly as it functions effectively as half a reroll when entering the shop while also boosting the strength of subsequent rerolls.

• Chaos the Clown ({{hl|orange|1}} free {{hl|green|Reroll}} per shop Common Effect N/A (Passive) Chaos_the_Clown.png), Reroll Surplus (Rerolls cost {{Money|2}} less Base Reroll Surplus.png) and Reroll Glut (Rerolls cost an additional {{Money|2}} less Reroll the shop a total of 100 times Upgraded Reroll Glut.png) can make rerolling very lucrative and allow the player to get even more value for less money.
• Flash Card (This Joker gains {{Mult|+2}} per {{hl|orange|reroll}} in [[The Shop|the shop]] <br> {{Currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Flash Card.png) has a similar want of rerolls, and having more shop slots naturally makes rerolling in general more worth it.
  • One can also consider that more Shop slots means more chances for items that may provide money like The Hermit (Doubles money<br>{{hl|grey|(Max of {{Money|20}})}} Available from start. Tarot The Hermit.png), which then means more possible rerolls for Flash Card (This Joker gains {{Mult|+2}} per {{hl|orange|reroll}} in [[The Shop|the shop]] <br> {{Currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Flash Card.png).
