All hands can benefit from Drunkard, as it makes it easier to search for the desired cards.

Drunkard has synergy with:

• Jokers that activate when discarding specific cards, suits, or hands:

• Green Joker ({{mult|+1}} per hand played <br> {{mult|-1}} per discard <br> {{Currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Common Additive Mult Mixed Green_Joker.png) as it gets -1 Mult for every discard used.
• Ramen ({{xmult|2}}, loses {{xmult|0.01}} per {{hl|orange|card}} discarded Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Mixed Ramen.png) as any discard reduces its XMult.
• Mystic Summit ({{Mult|+15}} when {{hl|orange|0}} discards remaining Common Additive Mult Independent Mystic Summit.png) as it will be harder to get into 0 discards without losing a lot of cards.

• The Water ( Boss The Water.png) will always set your discards to 0, making Drunkard useless.

• According to LocalThunk, Drunkard is throwing the bottle, as if discarding it.^[1]
