Juggler is a Common Effect Joker that gives +1 Hand Size when equipped, allowing the player to hold one more card in their hand. This makes it easier to search for poker hands that require five cards, and is a counter to Boss Blinds that reduce hand size.

Juggler synergizes with all decks, as +1 hand size is always useful.

Any strong 5 card hands can benefit from Juggler, as the increased hand size means higher chance to draw needed cards to form the hand. Juggler can also be good in High-card builds which rely on cards being in hand to score, such as with Steel cards.

• Baron (Each {{hl|orange|King}} held in hand gives {{xmult|1.5}} Rare Multiplicative Mult On Held Baron.png): gives XMult for kings held in hand.
• Shoot the Moon (Each {{hl|orange|Queen}} held in hand gives {{mult|+13}} Play every Heart card in your deck in one round. Common Additive Mult On Held Shoot the Moon.png): gives +13 Mult for each queen held in hand.
• Mime (Retrigger all card {{hl|orange|held in hand}} abilities Uncommon Retrigger On Held Mime.png): more cards held in hand means more cards for Mime to retrigger.
• Troubadour ({{hl|orange|+2}} hand size, <br> {{hl|blue|-1}} hand each round Win {{hl|orange|5}} consecutive rounds by <abbr title="Discards are OK to use.">playing only 1 hand</abbr> Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Troubadour.png): +2 hand size, coupled with Juggler, will provide a whooping 11 cards in hand.

• If Crimson Heart ( Showdown Crimson Heart.png) disables Juggler, the hand size will return to normal but current hand will stay intact until the next discard (ex: 9/8). By quitting to Main Menu and returning, the hand size actually permanently increases (ex: 9/9), giving players a permanent hand size upgrade.

• The increased hand size can allow for more Gold Cards ({{money|3}} if this card is held in hand at end of round Gold Card.png), Steel Cards ({{xmult|1.5}} while this card stays in hand Steel Card.png), and Blue Seal (Creates the {{Planet|}} card for final played [[Poker Hands|{{hl|orange|poker hand}}]] of round if {{hl|orange|held}} in hand<br>{{room}} Blue Seal.png) to be utilized.

• Blackboard ({{xmult|3}} if all cards held in hand are {{suit|Spades}} or {{suit|Clubs}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Blackboard.png) can be harder to trigger, as the increased hand size can make it harder to hold only  Clubs and  Spades in your hand.
• More cards in hand mean that Blue Joker ({{Chips|+2}} for each remaining card in {{hl|orange|deck}} <br> {{currently|{{chips|+104}}}} Common Chips Independent Blue Joker.png) will give fewer chips.
• The increase hand size will make it hard for Raised Fist (Adds {{hl|orange|double}} the rank of {{hl|orange|lowest}} ranked card held in hand to Mult Common Additive Mult On Held Raised Fist.png) to give more score from high-ranked cards.

• The Five-Card Draw ( ) challenge bans Juggler.

• During the first demo, Juggler provided +2 hand size with no penalty, making it very powerful. It was nerfed to only provide +1 hand size upon release, and the +2 hand size is given to Troubadour with a -1 hand per round penalty as a caveat.
• Juggler is one of the four jokers that is featured in the official physical playing card deck. The 3 others are Joker ({{Mult|+4}} Common Additive Mult Independent Joker.png), Blueprint (Copies ability of [[Jokers|{{Hl|orange|Joker}}]] to the right Win a run Rare Effect Blueprint.png), and Gros Michel ({{mult|+15}}<br>{{hl|green|1 in 6}} chance this is destroyed at the end of round. • Juggler has a very similar theme to Drunkard ({{hl|red|+1}} discard each round Common Effect N/A (Passive) Drunkard.png), both in effect and card design.
• Juggler is one of the two Jokers to appear on a regular-sized Buffoon Pack. The other Joker is Hack (Retrigger each played {{hl|orange|2}}, {{hl|orange|3}}, {{hl|orange|4}}, or {{hl|orange|5}} Uncommon Retrigger On Scored Hack.png).

• Juggler appeared as a cameo in a crossover collaboration between Balatro and Rusty's Retirement.
