Chaos the Clown is a Common Joker that provides one free Reroll every time you visit the shop.

• The next reroll still starts at the same price it would have been without the extra reroll, so Chaos the Clown effectively saves $ equal to $\text{Rerolls}+4$.
  • With Reroll Surplus (Rerolls cost {{Money|2}} less Base Reroll Surplus.png), this becomes $\text{Savings}=\text{Rerolls}+2$, and with Reroll Glut (Rerolls cost an additional {{Money|2}} less Reroll the shop a total of 100 times Upgraded Reroll Glut.png), it becomes $\text{Savings}=\text{Rerolls}$.
• If Chaos the Clown is obtained while in a shop, the price for the current shop reroll will be brought down to $0, regardless of whether it is the first reroll in that shop or not. The next reroll will cost where it previously left off.
• If the player sells Chaos the Clown whilst the once-per-shop free reroll is active, the reroll cost will immediately revert to the regular value.
• As Chaos the Clown costs $4 but a standard re-roll costs $5, it can be cheaper to buy him to reroll the shop, and the player can sell him again later for an extra $2 back.
  • If Chaos the Clown is sold after using its one free reroll and another one is found, it can be purchased again for another free reroll.

• Black Deck ( {{hl|orange|+1}} Joker slot <br> {{hl|blue|-1}} hand every round Discover at least {{hl|orange|100}} items from your [[collection]] Black Deck.png) is decent for this Joker, as rerolling a lot allows you to see more Jokers that you can take.

• Flash Card (This Joker gains {{Mult|+2}} per {{hl|orange|reroll}} in [[The Shop|the shop]] <br> {{Currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Flash Card.png): use the free reroll to boost this after every shop visit.
