Hallucination is a Common Effect Joker that has a 1 in 2 chance of creating a Tarot Card any time you open a Booster Pack.

• Nebula Deck ( Start run with the {{V|Telescope|class=hl-cyan}} voucher <br> {{hl|red|-1}} consumable slot Win a run with the {{D|Blue}} on [[Stakes|any difficulty]] Nebula Deck.png)'s missing consumable slot makes it significantly harder to hold and use the Tarots from Hallucination.

• This is the only Joker to activate when opening a pack.
• The art on this card is skewed and imperfect, like how many people report hallucinations to be.
• The texture of this Joker has protruding areas on the left and right sides, slightly exceeding the boundaries of a standard Joker. The only other Joker with this property is Brainstorm (Copies the ability of leftmost [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] Discard a {{ph|Royal Flush}}. Rare Effect Brainstorm.png).
• When Hallucination is being copied by Blueprint (Copies ability of [[Jokers|{{Hl|orange|Joker}}]] to the right Win a run Rare Effect Blueprint.png) or Brainstorm (Copies the ability of leftmost [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] Discard a {{ph|Royal Flush}}. Rare Effect Brainstorm.png) and manages to generate two Tarot cards, the "+1 Tarot" appears on Hallucination twice instead of once for Copy Joker and once for Hallucination. This is likely a visual bug.
