Abstract Joker is a Common Additive Mult Joker that provides +3 Mult for every Joker card currently held, including itself.

• Black Deck ( {{hl|orange|+1}} Joker slot <br> {{hl|blue|-1}} hand every round Discover at least {{hl|orange|100}} items from your [[collection]] Black Deck.png) works well with the Abstract Joker, as it provides +1 Joker slot.
• Similarly, Five-Card Draw ( ) works even better with the Abstract Joker, as it provides +2 Joker slots.

This Joker will increase the Mult of all types of hands by the same amount.

• Near the beginning of the game, this Joker works best with Riff-Raff (When [[Blind|{{hl|orange|Blind}}]] is selected, create {{hl|orange|2}} [[Common Jokers|{{hl|blue|Common}} {{hl|orange|Jokers}}]] <br> {{room}} Common Effect On Blind Select Riff-Raff.png), which creates up to two Jokers per round.
• It gains additional Mult when using any type of Negative Joker.
• This Joker can have anti-synergy with a lone Joker Stencil ({{xmult|1}} for each empty [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] slot <br> <small>Joker Stencil included</small> <br> {{Currently|{{xmult|1|}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Joker Stencil.png), since Abstract requires full slots, and Stencil requires empty ones. However, if there are multiple Joker Stencils, these two jokers can actually work quite well with each other, giving a good multiplicative bonus, which is backed up by the +mult from Abstract.

• Antimatter ({{hl|edition|+1}} Joker Slot Redeem Blank 10 total times Upgraded Antimatter.png) gives an additional Joker slot, and with it, the potential for another +3 Mult.

• The Negative Tag ( Discover the {{edition|Negative}} edition Negative tag.png) lets the player hold more Jokers irrespective of current Joker slots, especially if combined with one or more Double Tag ( Double tag.png)s.

• Painted Deck ( {{hl|orange|+2}} hand size, <br> {{hl|red|-1}} Joker slot Win a run with any [[Decks|deck]] on the {{Stake|Green}} difficulty or harder Painted Deck.png) and Blast Off ( ) are difficult to use with the Abstract Joker, as they have one Joker slot less than usual.
• Similarly, Cruelty ( ) is even more difficult to use with the Abstract Joker, as it has two Joker slots less than usual.

• Ceremonial Dagger (When [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Blind}}]] is selected, destroy [[Jokers|Joker]] to the right and permanently add {{hl|orange|double}} its sell value to this {{hl|red|Mult}} <br> {{currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Uncommon Additive Mult Independent Ceremonial Dagger.png) or Madness (When {{hl|orange|Small Blind}} or {{hl|orange|Big Blind}} is selected, gain {{xmult|0.5}} and {{hl|orange|destroy}} a random Joker <br> {{Currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Madness.png) should not be used with this Joker, as they both destroy Jokers.

• During the first demo, this Joker only provided +2 Mult per Joker equipped, making it quite weak. It was buffed to +3 Mult per Joker equipped, making it on par with Mystic Summit ({{Mult|+15}} when {{hl|orange|0}} discards remaining Common Additive Mult Independent Mystic Summit.png) without the need to use up all Discards.
• The card design is likely a reference to the Abstract art style.
  • The effect that this Joker gains +3 Mult for every other Joker card in possession could be a reference to an art gallery; the other Jokers would act as paintings in an art museum.
• Abstract Joker is one of the five Jokers to have a physical card from Balatro: Special Edition.
