The Emperor is a Tarot card that creates two random Tarot Cards in the player's consumable area (excluding the Emperor itself).
Usage Notes
- The
Bram Poker ( ) challenge starts the player with a copy of The Emperor.
- If the Emperor creates Tarot Cards that the player doesn't need, keeping them in the consumable slot prevents them from showing up again in the Shop or in Arcana Packs (assuming the player doesn't also have
Showman ([[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]], [[Tarot Cards|{{hl|purple|Tarot}}]], [[Planet Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]], and [[Spectral Cards|{{hl|sblue|Spectral}}]] cards may appear multiple times Reach Ante level {{hl|orange|4}} Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Showman.png)). This makes it easier for the player to find the Tarot Cards that the player actually needs.
Synergies
Fortune Teller ({{mult|+1}} per [[Tarot Cards|{{hl|purple|Tarot}}]] card used this run <br> {{currently|{{hl|red|+0}}}} Common Additive Mult Independent Fortune Teller.png) gains +1 Mult for every Tarot Card used. Given that the Emperor spawns two Tarot Cards on top of being consumed itself, that means Fortune Teller will gain +3 Mult if the player has at least two consumable slots free and uses every card spawned by the Emperor.
