The Balatro Playing Card Deck, designed by Tony Kuchar,^[1] is a physical playing card deck. It features the standard 52-card Red Deck ( {{hl|red|+1}} discard every round Unlocked from start Red Deck.png) using their corresponding sprites in Balatro, as well as four Jokers: Joker ({{Mult|+4}} Common Additive Mult Independent Joker.png), Blueprint (Copies ability of [[Jokers|{{Hl|orange|Joker}}]] to the right Win a run Rare Effect Blueprint.png), Gros Michel ({{mult|+15}}<br>{{hl|green|1 in 6}} chance this is destroyed at the end of round. Common Additive Mult Independent Gros Michel.png), and Juggler ({{hl|orange|+1}} hand size Common Effect N/A (Passive) Juggler.png).

When Balatro was released as a physical edition on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox One/Series X, the game disc or cartridge came with ten Balatro cards. These were the same for each system, and included:

• Five Aces of Spades in Wild (Can be used as any suit Wild Card.png), Bonus ({{hl|blue|+30}} extra chips Bonus Card.png), Mult ({{mult|+4}} Mult Card.png), Steel ({{xmult|1.5}} while this card stays in hand Steel Card.png) and Gold ({{money|3}} if this card is held in hand at end of round Gold Card.png) editions

The ten cards all use the Anaglyph Deck ( After defeating each [[Blinds|{{hl|orange|Boss Blind}}]], gain a [[File:Double tag.png|24px]] [[Tags|{{hl|orange|Double Tag}}]] Win a run with any [[Decks|deck]] on the {{Stake|Black}} difficulty or harder Anaglyph Deck.png) design on their backs.

The Jimbo Plushie is an official plush toy that was crowdfunded on Makeship. Crowdfunding for this plush ended on the 15th of December 2024 and was shipped on 20 April 2025. Its design is based on the Joker ({{Mult|+4}} Common Additive Mult Independent Joker.png) card (referred to as Jimbo in the game's tutorial,) the mascot of Balatro.^[2]

The Odd Todd & Even Steven Combo Pack is a set of two keychains crowdfunded on Makeship. The campaign started on the 10th of September 2025. Both keychains are based on the Odd Todd (Played cards with [[Card Ranks|{{hl|orange|odd}}]] rank give {{Chips|+31}} when scored <br> {{hl|gray|(A, 9, 7, 5, 3)}} Common Chips On Scored Odd Todd.png) and Even Steven (Played cards with [[Card Ranks|{{hl|orange|even}}]] rank give {{Mult|+4}} when scored <br> {{hl|gray|(10, 8, 6, 4, 2)}} Common Additive Mult On Scored Even Steven.png) Joker cards from Balatro.^[3] The product event was sold out and ended on 2 October 2025.

The Balatro Classic Pin Collection is a trio of pins based on Jimbo, the Cavendish ({{xmult|3}} <br> {{hl|green|1 in 1000}} chance this card is destroyed at the end of round Common Multiplicative Mult Independent Cavendish.png) Joker, and The Wheel of Fortune ({{hl|green|1 in 4}} chance to add [[Foil|{{hl|edition|Foil}}]], [[Holographic|{{hl|edition|Holographic}}]], or [[Polychrome|{{hl|edition|Polychrome}}]] edition to a random [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] Available from start. Tarot The Wheel of Fortune.png)'s "Nope!" from Balatro. The campaign is being crowdfunded on Makeship starting on the 10th of September 2025.^[4] The product event was sold out and ended on 2 October 2025.

The Vampire Joker Plushie is an official plush toy launched by crowdfunding on Makeship based on the Vampire (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.1}} per scoring {{hl|orange|Enhanced card}} played, removes card {{hl|orange|Enhancement}} <br> {{Currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Mixed Vampire.png) Joker from Balatro. The campaign started on 20 October 2025 and is set to end on 11 November 2025. The product is scheduled for shipping on 16 March 2026.^[5]

The Balatro Halloween Pin Set is another set of pins revolving around three "spooky" Jokers, including Mr. Bones (Prevents Death if chips scored are at least {{hl|orange|25%}} of required chips <br> {{hl|red|self destructs}} Lose {{hl|orange|5}} runs Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Mr. Bones.png), Scary Face (Played {{hl|orange|face}} cards give {{Chips|+30}} when scored Common Chips On Scored Scary Face.png), and Madness (When {{hl|orange|Small Blind}} or {{hl|orange|Big Blind}} is selected, gain {{xmult|0.5}} and {{hl|orange|destroy}} a random Joker <br> {{Currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Madness.png); all three from Balatro. Crowdfunding started on 20 October 2025 and is set to end on 11 November 2025, with the product being shipped on 16 March 2026.^[6]

The Balatro 2026 Wall Calendar features Ben Starr as various Jokers.^[7] The campaign started on November 4, 2025. All profits from Playstack and LocalThunk will be donated to SpecialEffect and Extra Life, two video game-related charities. Fangamer, the product's vendor, will donate $5 for every copy sold through its store.^[8]

The Gros Michel Longboi plush from Makeship marks the second time that the Gros Michel ({{mult|+15}}<br>{{hl|green|1 in 6}} chance this is destroyed at the end of round. Common Additive Mult Independent Gros Michel.png) Joker has officially appeared in merchandising for Balatro. Limited time crowdfunding for the plush began on February 25, 2026 and is set to ship come June 12, 2026.^[9]

From another collaboration with Makeship, three "food Jokers," namely Popcorn ({{Mult|+20}} <br> {{Mult|-4}} per round played Common Additive Mult Independent Popcorn.png), Ice Cream ({{Chips|+100}}<br>{{Chips|-5}} for every hand played Common Chips Independent Ice Cream.png), and Egg (Gains {{Money|3}} of {{Hl|orange|sell value}} at end of round Common Economy N/A (Passive) Egg.png), are all a part of the official Balatro Food Jokers Pins collection. Crowdfunding began on February 25, 2026 and is set to ship on June 12, 2026.^[10]
