The Psychic is a Boss Blind that requires the player to play 5 cards in a hand. The hand doesn't require for all of the cards to trigger, but it is required to play 5 cards, otherwise, the player will not be able to score anything at all.

• Using Splash (Every {{hl|orange|played card}} counts in scoring Common Effect N/A (Passive) Splash.png) can help with adding extra score when 5-card Poker Hands are unable to be assembled.
• Don't reduce hand size too much, for example with Stuntman ({{Chips|+250}},<br>{{hl|orange|-2}} hand size Earn at least 100 million (100,000,000) Chips in a single hand. Rare Chips Independent Stuntman.png) or Merry Andy ({{hl|red|+3}} discards each round, <br>{{hl|red|-1}} hand size Win a run in {{hl|orange|12}} or fewer rounds Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Merry_Andy.png). If your hand size is 4 or below, you will be unable to play any 5-card hand.

• Square Joker (This Joker gains {{Chips|+4}} if played hand has exactly {{hl|orange|4}} cards <br> {{Currently|{{Chips|0}}}} Common Chips Mixed Square_Joker.png) also cannot scale during this Blind.
• It is important to note that Ice Cream ({{Chips|+100}}<br>{{Chips|-5}} for every hand played Common Chips Independent Ice Cream.png) and Seltzer (Retrigger all cards played for the next {{hl|orange|10}} hands Uncommon Retrigger On Scored Seltzer.png) still lose value even if the played hand has 4 or less cards.
