The Serpent is a Boss Blind that would always draw 3 cards after a player either plays or discards any number of cards.
Strategies
- Discarding a single card or two will allow for 3 cards to come in their place, which would help temporarily increase the hand size. This helps with finding more difficult hands while also synergizing with Jokers like
Baron and 
Steel Cards that benefit from the larger hand size.
