Cerulean Bell is a Showdown Blind that forces a random playing card to always be selected. If there's no force-selected card in the player's hand after playing or discarding, a new random playing card will be chosen.

• The Hanged Man (Destroys up to {{hl|orange|2}} selected cards Available from start. Tarot The Hanged Man.png) is a great way to deselect the card by destroying it, letting the player freely select other cards for the given hand.
• Smaller poker hands like Pair may have an easier time with this blind, since non-scoring cards that are selected will have no effect on your played hands.

• The Hanged Man (Destroys up to {{hl|orange|2}} selected cards Available from start. Tarot The Hanged Man.png) can be used to destroy the force-selected card.
• When using Death (Select {{hl|orange|2}} cards, convert the {{hl|orange|left}} card into the {{hl|orange|right}} card<br>{{hl|gray|(Drag to rearrange)}} Available from start. Tarot Death.png), if the card selected by Cerulean Bell is:
  • On the right side, converting a different card into the force-selected card, then both cards cannot be deselected afterwards.
  • On the left side, converting the force-selected card into a different card, the original card still cannot be deselected, while the other card is fine afterwards.
• When using Cryptid (Create {{hl|orange|2}} copies of {{hl|orange|1}} selected card in your hand Available from start. Spectral Cryptid.png) on the force-selected card, the copies are put in a "quantum" state where the copies are not force-selected by default, but they cannot be deselected once selected.
  • Using The Hanged Man (Destroys up to {{hl|orange|2}} selected cards Available from start. Tarot The Hanged Man.png) afterwards on the currently force-selected card will automatically force the leftmost copy to be selected.
  • Discarding cards or playing a hand resets the quantum state of these copies, and they can be freely selected and deselected again afterwards.
• The player can still discard the forcefully selected playing card, though it would result into another playing card to be forcefully selected instead.
