The Erratic Deck is one of the decks you can unlock when playing the game, by winning a run on the Orange Stake difficulty.

This deck contains 52 cards like a normal deck, but the suits and ranks of each card are completely randomized.

There is no 'correct' strategy with this deck as it is different on every run - you should check the Full Deck at the beginning before buying any Jokers or consumables. A deck with many of one or two suits may be best approached with Flushes, or a deck with lots of the same rank of card may be best suited to Three/Four/Five of a Kind hands or Full House if more than one is common.

Mathematically, drawing cards from Erratic Deck is equivalent to performing a sampling with replacement from a standard deck (e.g., the probability of drawing a heart is always 1/4, unaffected by any of the already drawn cards). Therefore, in general, the probability of drawing a Flush or multiple same-ranked cards in a X of a Kind with Erratic Deck is higher than other decks, while the probability of drawing a Straight, Straight Flush, and a High Card of 5 cards is lower compared to other decks.

Additionally, secret hands may not require deck manipulation to appear in Erratic Deck.

• There appears to be no pattern to the symbols or their colors on the card design.
• If you use the seed "7LB2WVPK" with the Erratic Deck, you will get a deck made purely of 10 of Spades. This can be taken one step further with the seed "XEQH7CP9", which as well as having only 10 of Spades also has exclusively holographic jokers in the shop or in packs up until Ante 10. (This is an RNG bug, not a true random deck; the probability of randomly generating 52 of the same card without such a bug is 1 in 3.282e87, while there are only 2.318e12 valid seeds, so it is almost certain that no seed does so naturally.)
