Telescope is a voucher that causes Celestial Packs to contain the Planet Card for the player's currently most played Poker Hand during the run. In case of a tie, Telescope picks the higher-tier hand.

• Telescope will still function normally if the player already has the designated Planet Card in their Consumables slot, even without Showman ([[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]], [[Tarot Cards|{{hl|purple|Tarot}}]], [[Planet Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]], and [[Spectral Cards|{{hl|sblue|Spectral}}]] cards may appear multiple times Reach Ante level {{hl|orange|4}} Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Showman.png).
• Telescope picks the higher-tier hand in case of multiple most played hands.
• Purchasing Telescope enables Observatory ([[Planet Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]] cards in your [[Consumables|{{hl|orange|consumable}}]] area give {{xmult|1.5}} for their specified [[Poker Hands|{{hl|orange|poker hand}}]] Use a total of {{hl|orange|25}} [[Planet|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]] cards from any {{hl|cyan|Celestial Pack}} Upgraded Observatory.png) to appear that run (provided that Observatory is unlocked).
• The Nebula Deck ( Start run with the {{V|Telescope|class=hl-cyan}} voucher <br> {{hl|red|-1}} consumable slot Win a run with the {{D|Blue}} on [[Stakes|any difficulty]] Nebula Deck.png) starts with a copy of Telescope.
• Telescope may unintentionally become a hindrance if the player's most played hand is not the hand they plan to score most of their chips with. For example, if the player is scoring with Flushes but is using hands as discards, then the player's most played hand may end up being High Card instead, and all Celestial Packs will have Pluto (Increases {{ph|High Card}} hand value by {{mult|+1}} and {{chips|+10}} Available from start. Planet Pluto.png) instead of Jupiter (Increases {{ph|Flush}} hand value by {{mult|+2}} and {{chips|+15}} Available from start. Planet Jupiter.png).

• Red Deck ( {{hl|red|+1}} discard every round Unlocked from start Red Deck.png): The extra discard can make it easier to get specific hands.
• Yellow Deck ( Start with extra {{Money|10}} Discover at least {{hl|orange|50}} items from your [[Collection|collection]] Yellow Deck.png): The extra starting cash makes it easier to buy more packs early on.
• Painted Deck ( {{hl|orange|+2}} hand size, <br> {{hl|red|-1}} Joker slot Win a run with any [[Decks|deck]] on the {{Stake|Green}} difficulty or harder Painted Deck.png): The +2 hand size makes it easier to get specific hands.

Telescope can synergize with any poker hand because it can be upgraded from every Celestial Pack. But it's more difficult to synergize well with multiple hands, since it only guarantees the most played hand.

• Constellation (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.1}} every time a [[Planet_Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]] card is used <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Constellation.png): Opening Celestial Packs is further rewarded as Constellation gains X0.1 Mult for each planet used.
• Astronomer (All {{hl|cyan|Planet}} cards and {{hl|cyan|Celestial Packs}} in the shop are {{hl|orange|free}} Discover every {{Planet|}} card Uncommon Effect N/A (Passive) Astronomer.png): Celestial Packs become free.

• Red Card (This Joker gains {{Mult|+3}} when any [[Booster Packs|{{hl|orange|Booster Pack}}]] is skipped <br> {{Currently|{{mult|+0}}}} Common Additive Mult Independent Red_Card.png) has anti-synergy because it incentivizes skipping Booster Packs, while taking Telescope incentivizes not skipping Planet Packs.
• Obelisk (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.2}} per {{hl|orange|consecutive}} hand played without playing your most played {{hl|orange|poker hand}} <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Rare Multiplicative Mult Mixed Obelisk.png) encourages playing multiple different hands, which does not work well with Telescope focusing on the player's most played hand.
• Satellite (Earn {{Money|1}} at end of round per unique {{hl|cyan|Planet}} card used this run Have at least {{Money|400}}. Uncommon Economy N/A (Passive) Satellite.png) will be harder to scale with Telescope.

• Telescope is associated with space, similar to most other planet-related or poker hand level-related objects such as Constellation (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.1}} every time a [[Planet_Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]] card is used <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Constellation.png) or Space Joker ({{hl|green|1 in 4}} chance to upgrade level of played [[Poker Hands|{{hl|orange|poker hand}}]] Uncommon Effect On Played Space Joker.png) respectively.
