Illusion is a voucher that allows playing cards in the shop to have enhancements or editions. Playing cards in the shop will be enhanced 40% of the time, and editioned 20% of the time.

Illusion is currently (v1.0.1o-FULL) bugged, and cards in the shop cannot have seals like the effect states, only enhancements and/or editions. The chance for playing cards to have an edition are unaffected by Hone ({{hl|edition|Foil}}, {{hl|edition|Holographic}}, and {{hl|edition|Polychrome}} cards appear {{hl|orange|2X}} more often Base Hone.png) and Glow Up ({{hl|edition|Foil}}, {{hl|edition|Holographic}}, and {{hl|edition|Polychrome}} cards appear {{hl|orange|4X}} more often Have at least 5 Joker cards with Foil, Holographic, or Polychrome (or Negative) effect Upgraded Glow Up.png).

• The player must buy a total of 20 Playing Cards from the shop across runs to unlock Illusion. This is only possible with Magic Trick ({{hl|orange|Playing cards}} can be purchased from the [[The Shop|{{hl|orange|shop}}]] Base Magic Trick.png). Since buying unhelpful cards will worsen the player's deck, the player may wish buy the required cards after winning a run as the deck doesn't matter anymore.
• Magic Trick ({{hl|orange|Playing cards}} can be purchased from the [[The Shop|{{hl|orange|shop}}]] Base Magic Trick.png) must be purchased in the same run for Illusion to appear.
• The Fragile ( ) challenge bans Illusion.
• The Bram Poker ( ) challenge starts with a copy of Illusion and Magic Trick ({{hl|orange|Playing cards}} can be purchased from the [[The Shop|{{hl|orange|shop}}]] Base Magic Trick.png).

• Hologram (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.25}} every time a {{hl|orange|playing card}} is added to your deck <br> {{Currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Hologram.gif) and Blue Joker ({{Chips|+2}} for each remaining card in {{hl|orange|deck}} <br> {{currently|{{chips|+104}}}} Common Chips Independent Blue Joker.png): Similar to Magic Trick ({{hl|orange|Playing cards}} can be purchased from the [[The Shop|{{hl|orange|shop}}]] Base Magic Trick.png), Illusion provides an easy way to purchase Playing cards from the shop, with the added benefit that the cards are more useful. Although, it could also be seen as a downgrade as the Playing cards with enhancements and editions are more expensive.
• Jokers that require specific enhancements, such as Stone Joker (Gives {{Chips|+25}} for each [[Stone Card|{{hl|orange|Stone Card}}]] in your {{hl|orange|full deck}} <br> {{Currently|{{Chips|+0}}}} Uncommon Chips Independent Stone Joker.png), Steel Joker (Gives {{xmult|0.2}} for each [[Steel Cards|{{hl|orange|Steel Card}}]] in your {{hl|orange|full deck}} <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Steel Joker.png), and Glass Joker (This Joker gains {{xmult|0.75}} for every [[Glass_Cards|{{hl|orange|Glass Card}}]] that is destroyed <br> {{currently|{{xmult|1}}}} Have at least {{hl|orange|5}} [[Glass_Cards|{{hl|orange|Glass Cards}}]] in your deck Uncommon Multiplicative Mult Independent Glass Joker.png) can have their respective cards chosen selectively.
