Observatory is a tier 2 voucher that causes Planet Cards in your Consumables slots to give X1.5 Mult when their poker hand is played. This bonus is added after Jokers (see Guide: Activation Sequence for detailed information on activation order).

• The player must use a total of 25 Planet Cards from booster packs across runs to unlock Observatory.
• The corresponding tier 1 voucher Telescope ([[Booster Packs|{{hl|orange|Celestial Packs}}]] always contain the [[Planet Cards|{{hl|cyan|Planet}}]] card for your most played [[Poker Hands|{{hl|orange|poker hand}}]] Base Telescope.png) must be purchased in the same run for Observatory to appear.

• Jokerless ( ) can greatly benefit from Observatory, with this being one of only a few ways to access multiplicative mult.
• Perkeo (Creates a [[Negative|{{hl|edition|Negative}}]] copy of {{hl|orange|1}} random [[Consumables|{{hl|orange|consumable}}]] card in your possession at the end of the [[The Shop|{{hl|orange|shop}}]] Find this [[Jokers|Joker]] from the [[Spectral Cards|{{hl|sblue|Soul}}]] card. Legendary Effect N/A (Passive) Perkeo.png) can create negative copies of a planet after each shop, effectively giving X1.5 Mult each shop. This can be paired with a Blueprint (Copies ability of [[Jokers|{{Hl|orange|Joker}}]] to the right Win a run Rare Effect Blueprint.png) or Brainstorm (Copies the ability of leftmost [[Jokers|{{hl|orange|Joker}}]] Discard a {{ph|Royal Flush}}. Rare Effect Brainstorm.png) for even more planets.
• Crystal Ball ({{hl|orange|+1}} consumable slot Base Crystal Ball.png) increases consumable slot size by 1, allowing one more planet to be held.
• Blue Seal (Creates the {{Planet|}} card for final played [[Poker Hands|{{hl|orange|poker hand}}]] of round if {{hl|orange|held}} in hand<br>{{room}} Blue Seal.png) create planet cards in the consumable slot when held in hand at end of round, and are an easy way to obtain multiple copies of the same planet.

• Despite being slightly easier to get on Nebula Deck ( Start run with the {{V|Telescope|class=hl-cyan}} voucher <br> {{hl|red|-1}} consumable slot Win a run with the {{D|Blue}} on [[Stakes|any difficulty]] Nebula Deck.png), the smaller consumable slot section can make Observatory somewhat weaker.
