Background and Identification
The Cuisinart Mini-Prep DLC-2A series was released in 2013. This model is identifiable by the two buttons CHOP and GRIND on the front of the device and by the model number DLC-2A. It has a 250-watt motor and a 3-cup plastic work bowl. The lid and bowl are dishwasher safe for a quick cleanup. The device itself is very light and yet very powerful for its size due to its motor. It is made up of a light plastic body and the blades are stainless-steel. The height of the processor is 9 inches and it weighs 3 pounds.
