    • The reset button is the tiny hole located towards the bottom of the device close to the charger port.

    • Use a paper clip to slip inside the tiny hole and press down until you hear a click.

    • Hold for 15 seconds.

    • If done correctly the device should turn on by itself with its factory default settings in place.
