Einleitung

Wenn die Maschine nur noch mit bestimmten Geschwindigkeiten läuft, muss wahrscheinlich der Geschwindigkeitsregler ausgetauscht werden. Diese Anleitung zeigt dir, wie das geht.

    • Drehe die Kreuzschlitzschraube #2 heraus, welche das silberfarbene Zierband festhält.

    • Entferne das Zierband.

    • Jetzt werden weitere vier Kreuzschlitzschrauben #2 sichtbar. Drehe sie heraus.

    • Auf dem Bild sind nur zwei zu sehen, die restlichen zwei sind auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite.

    • Hebe die obere Abdeckung hoch, um an die inneren Bauteile zu gelangen.

    • Normalerweise sollte sich die obere Abdeckung leicht abheben lassen. Eventuell hilft ein fester Schlag mit der Hand von hinten. Sie sollte dann etwa 1 cm nach vorne rutschen. Schiebe sie dann wieder zurück, dann sollte sie sich abheben lassen.

    • Finde den Geschwindigkeitsregler.

    • Entferne die beiden Kreuzschlitzschrauben #2, welche den Geschwindigkeitsregler befestigen.

    • Löse die Kabel vom Antriebsmotor zum Regler.

    • Nummeriere sie durch, so dass du sie später wieder in der richtigen Reihenfolge anstecken kannst.

    I would suggest labeling with what they go to (line, motor 1, etc) since at least for the HD version they changed the board layout so you need the labels to match them up.

The instructions are to unplug the cords from the motor but the removed selector switch pictured shows the cords were removed from the selector switch. Is there a way to remove the cords from the selector switch without breaking them? donmilo@yahoo.com

The replacement part looks like a major part in the mixer and probably costs a bundle like most replacement parts… sometimes deems the replacement “not worthy” to repair!

It’s like a car that cost $25K but, all its parts if you buy them separately, it will cost you $150K !!!

The speed selector MSRP is $89.99 and can be found on places like eBay for $35-60. For only needing some simple tools and a little time, this fix saves you from the cost of buying a new one. These are designed to be repaired/refurbished.

When the speed selector is replaced, what is the rpm for “stir”?

everything is working, but it still seems too fast at 120rpm and I can’t see a difference between speeds 6, 8, & 10.
