This replacement is recommended if the Keurig Handle is damaged and/or unable to open the Pack Holder.

    • Lift the handle

    • Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Torx T15 screws on both sides of the handle.

    • Remove the broken handle and replace with the new one

The handle is locked up, partially ajar. Inserted a k-cup and handle locked when I was pulling it down
